Trotz dieser H\u00f6he befindet er sich schon im Bereich des unteren Vogelsbergs. In Gipfeln\u00e4he befindet sich ein Plateau mit brillanter Sicht \u00fcber den Wald hinweg in \u00f6stliche Richtungen. Zudem liegt dort das Geotop \u201eSattelstein\u201c.<\/div><br><h2>Erreichbarkeit<\/h2><div class=\"reachability\">Der Steinberg liegt im Grenzgebiet zwischen Wartenberg, Schlitz und Bad Salzschlirf. Er ist \u00fcber Angersbach zu erreichen. Von dort aus f\u00fchrt die \u201eBahnhofstra\u00dfe\u201c an der Bahnhaltestelle vorbei. H\u00e4lt man sich nun rechts f\u00fchrt der Weg in das Waldgebiet.
