Dabei sind von der einstigen Burg nur noch die Grundmauern erhalten, wobei in den letzten Jahren und Jahrzehnten einige Teile der Anlage neu errichtet wurden. Der Bergfried gilt als guter Aussichtspunkt. Am Standort der damaligen Burgkapelle wurde ein Kreuz errichtet.\r\n\r\nAuf den Grundst\u00fccken der Anlage wurden Pfeilspitzen, M\u00fcnzen, sowie Schmuck gefunden.
